I can’t thank Rachel enough for looking after my dog Ozzie for a whole week! From the moment I dropped him off, I knew he was in safe, loving hands. Ozzie can be a bit particular, but Rachel handled him with such care, patience, and attention to detail—it was like he was part of their family. Not only was he well looked after, but he also got on brilliantly with her two dogs. It was heartwarming to hear how they played together and settled into a little pack—Ozzie came back happy, relaxed, and maybe even a little spoiled! Daily updates, adorable photos, and even a few funny stories kept me totally at ease while I was away. It’s clear Rachel genuinely loves animals and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and absolutely brilliant with dogs, I wholeheartedly recommend Rachel. Ozzie already misses them!

Rachel looked after our bunnies whilst we were away on holiday. She visited the house daily to feed them and give them those all important cuddles! It was great knowing that she was able to provide home visits as opposed to me having to take them anywhere. Poppy and Coco are booked in again with Rachel for the half term and I feel at ease knowing they’re in such safe hands

Rachel looked after Buddy for us for a few days whilst we went away. He had the best time! He loved having other dogs to play with, and Rachel looked after him like her own. Buddy is quite nervous when he is out on walks, so Rachel ensured that he felt safe when out and about. He is already looking forward to his next visit!

I have never used any boarding for my 13 year old chihuahua (Darcy) but found myself this month needing someone to have her for a holiday.
I found Rachel through a friend and I am so pleased I did. Rachel provides love and care and a warm and cosy setting, I felt at ease instantly. During the holiday I had regular updates and from the photographs and videos I could clearly see how relaxed my dog was there.
Having not used any form of boarding before, my chihuahua is now going back for a third time this weekend. I wouldn’t be putting her anywhere else!

What a wonderful person Rachel is!
Rachel looked after my elderly Mum's dog Buddy whilst she was in hospital. Rachel was so kind and thoughtful during an extremely stressful time. From the moment I met her, I knew he would be in safe hands. My mum was so worried about her beloved dog , but once he was in Rachel's safe hands she was able to relax and focus on getting herself better. Rachel very thoughtfully sent regular photo and video updates of Buddy having a wonderful time which I was able to share with Mum in hospital. It made such a difference. Buddy was taken into Rachel's home and treated as one of her family. He obviously enjoyed his stay and his walks. I can't thank Rachel enough for the care she took of him, and for being so helpful and flexible to extend his stay whilst Mum recovered!
